Why this role, why now

This is a genuinely critical hire for us right now. We need someone dynamic who can pick up the phone, write a message that gets replied to, and close.

HRIN is a closed, vetted, HR-only professional community, built for HR people to ask real questions and grow without sales noise or generic content getting in the way. We're small, and deliberately so. You won't be one of twenty interns lost in a rotation. You'll work directly with the founder, watch decisions get made in real time, and see your work move the numbers we track every single week.

The job

HRIN runs CHAP, a certification programme HR professionals genuinely want. Every cohort has real seats and a real deadline. Your job is to be the reason those seats fill and those payments come in.

Not marketing brochures. Not vague outreach. Actual conversations that end in a person paying to join. If you like the idea of being the person whose work you can point to on a revenue chart, keep reading.

What you'll own
01

Close CHAP enrollments: your core job

  • Reach out to HR professionals about upcoming CHAP cohorts and get them across the line to a paid seat
  • Follow up on every pending application until it becomes a yes or a clear no, nothing left hanging
  • Own a live tracker of your leads, applications, and closed payments
02

Grow the community

  • Source and invite HR professionals into HRIN's core community
  • Do the first-level check against our HR-only membership policy before handing off for admin approval
  • Keep the invite-to-join flow moving so nobody drops off mid-way
03

Open new business

  • Build a pipeline of companies who'd want a corporate CHAP batch for their HR teams, and take the first conversation
  • Spot potential sponsors and partners for HRIN events and content, and help pitch them
  • Bring your own ideas for new ways to grow HRIN. We want a thinker, not just an executor
04

Report what you've done

  • A weekly update on enrollments closed, new members added, and where every lead came from
What you'll earn
2X+
what strong performers can take home over fixed pay, through the variable component alone
Fixed
Guaranteed stipend, paid every month regardless of performance
Variable
Uncapped payout once you hit your monthly target, tied to registrations you close

Target and payout structure are shared in detail during your interview.

What you'll get

Direct mentorship from the founder on outreach, closing, and how an early-stage company actually grows

Real, uncapped upside tied to outcomes you personally drive

A strong letter of recommendation backed by real numbers you closed, not vague praise

A clear path to a full-time paid role at HRIN if the fit is right on both sides

What success looks like
  • You're closing CHAP registrations against your monthly target, consistently
  • Your lead-to-payment conversion rate is improving cohort over cohort
  • The community is growing steadily, week on week, without any drop in vetting quality
  • Your BD conversations are moving forward, not just starting and going quiet
  • Your weekly tracker lands on time, every time, without anyone chasing you for it
Who fits
  • A fresh graduate with genuinely strong communication skills, written and spoken. You'll be the voice of HRIN in most conversations, and that matters more to us than your resume
  • Someone who wants to close, not just reach out. Comfortable starting conversations with strangers, including at the business and corporate level, and following through until there's an answer
  • A creative streak. We'd rather you find a sharper way in than follow a script
  • Full-time availability, no exceptions. This role needs daily ownership
  • Organised enough that no lead, enrollment, or BD conversation slips through the cracks
  • HR domain knowledge is a bonus, not a requirement. We care more about your curiosity about the profession than a background in it

Ready to be the one who closes it?

We're hiring now, with the next CHAP cohort right around the corner.
