Your profile lives at a public link, so anyone you send it to can open it, including people outside HRIN. Your email address and mobile number are never shown on it. The member directory itself is visible only to other vetted members.
Open to opportunities is a toggle you control. Turn it on and you appear in that filter in the directory. Turn it off and you do not. It is the only thing about your profile that changes who finds you.
Yes, at any time. Leave and your data goes with you. There is no retention period and no archived copy of your profile sitting somewhere afterwards.
