You will leave with a working JD audit prompt and a screening framework ready for your next open role.

Your data already has the answers. This session is about knowing how to ask. You will learn to interrogate Excel HR data through plain English, generate executive-ready charts without any coding, and build people dashboards that leadership teams will actually act on. Attrition patterns, engagement trends, headcount analysis. All covered step by step, inside the session.

The final session is a live presentation event. Working in pairs, participants present a complete AI-assisted HR solution to an external panel of senior HR practitioners and technology leaders. A live AI demonstration is required in every presentation. Panel feedback is shared with every team in writing within five working days. This is where the certification is earned.

Each session includes a live project assignment designed to build real, transferable skill. Full assignment details shared on enrollment.

Capstone Project

Working in pairs, you choose one of four project tracks and build a complete AI-assisted HR solution. You present it live. An external panel of senior HR leaders evaluates it.

Presentations are reviewed by an invited panel of senior HR practitioners and technology leaders. Panel profiles shared before the final session. Written feedback delivered to every team within five working days.
